My Message
I’m always uneasy with the status quo. Almost everything can be done better or smarter. I like to tackle complex problems and arrive at simple, elegant solutions. Surrounding myself with people who make me laugh and/or inspire me (preferably both) help to keep me focused on what’s important.
Embarking on my 30th year in retail and my 20th year in ecommerce, I see my expertise as an asset — like a guide who navigates around rocks in a river continually getting faster. I’ve seen superstores come and go, the dot com boom and bust, the death and resurgence of retail and I’ve never been more bullish on the commerce opportunities ahead of us.

As a Product Leader, Lance has led cross-functional team initiatives as varied as driving the end-to-end launch of a seller account in India to driving key product launches for Fortune 500 companies.
Interests
Lance enjoys reading books on history and business, watching movies with his family, and listening to loud music. Outdoors, he likes crabbing and hiking with an occasional bike ride thrown in for good measure.
